If you order any tangible product from us with a credit card, we will charge your credit card only when we have the item(s) in stock and ready to ship.  We will ship products within one business day of settling a charge to your credit card.  
If any products arrive in damaged condition -- assuming it was not sold as damaged goods -- we will replace it at no additional charge upon receipt of the returned damaged item.  
If you are displeased with any of our products, you may return them for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 2 weeks of receipt.  You would be responsible for the return shipping.  Products must be in "like new" condition.
