The Card Verification Value or Card ID helps prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.  It is a required field for purchasing on Great Brook's order forms.  Below are examples of how to find the number on different credit cards.

The CVV or CVV2 number is printed on a MasterCard orVisa cards in the signature area of the back of the card.  It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card.

On American Express cards, it is a 4 digit number on the front of the card above the credit card number.
On a Discover Card, the Card Identification Number (CID) is on the back of the card in the signature area similar to a MasterCard.
